About Us

Andrew Romanowski, President: Andy has a degree in Business Finance, plus fifteen years of new home construction experience. He sits on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the National Home Builders Association and is a member of a municipal planning board. Having established Alliance Homes, he is responsible for all aspects of project management. Alison Romanowski, Vice President: Alison has more than fifteen years of experience in public and private accounting that assist her in dealing with the day-to-day affairs of the custom home building business. Audrey Hillman, Sales & Design Coordinator: Audrey has a degree in Civil Technology and Architectural Design and more than twenty-five years experience in the construction/engineering field. Having joined the organization in 1995, Audrey uses her creative talents with Alliance homeowners' from design through the process of purchasing and building an Alliance Home. Michael Kernitz, Production Manager: Mike is responsible for timely quote estimating and the constructing of each home. Initially employed in 1992 on the Alliance Tradesmen team, he has overseen the construction of more than 150 Alliance Homes. As a front-line employee, Mike is an integral part of the Alliance team, handling customer and tradesmen questions with ease.


Robert Yetter, Service Manager: Alliance prides itself on on-time and deficiency-free closings. Bob works with the Alliance tradesmen to ensure that customers are presented with a clean and meticulously detailed home. Guaranteeing the customer unmatched quality, Bob is an important part of the Alliance team.


Andrea Hernek, Accounting and Administrative Assistant: Andrea joined Alliance Homes with 22 years of construction accounting experience, Andrea is responsible for the day to day accounting functions as well as several of the administrative tasks. Amber Wiskup, Sales and Design Associate: Using her degree in Interior Design, Amber has the responsibility of assisting customers as they choose from the many custom options in their new home.
